Only allowed to pick up mobile orders inside, which is hard for my dad, who can't walk well. Had to wait almost 20 minutes for biscuits (was told 7 minutes when I got there) Will not use the mobile app again and only going when my dad asks for KFC (like 2x a year)
I am so disappointed at how far KFC has slipped. We went there because it was quick to get to. I wish I had killed a few more minutes and gone somewhere else. This is the third KFC I have tried in the past 2 years and I won't be back. There are so many better chicken choices out there.
