Food was okay. Tots were warm but didn’t appear fresh. Family members both got hot breakfast biscuits but our breakfast burrito wasn’t hot. Like it was pre-made and not kept warm. Store also seems understaffed. We were the only customers in the store and they didn’t appear busy in the drive through.
People working the drive through could use some better manners. Nightshift is terrible because that doesnt know what a scoop of ice cream is, the kitchen is filthy, they dont switch gloves EVER, and they don't smile whatsoever. Alicia was serving me once, and she is not nice at all. She treated the employees bad, doesn't know how to train properly and doesn't know how to do it the braums way. If i could rate 0 stars i would
