The shrimp was dry & hard. The macaroni was dry. In fact, I haven't had a good meal the last few times I've been there. I'm not a person to leave bad reviews, but I thought maybe I should. I'm sure it's just the management. It takes someone who really cares about the company & how the people should be cared for.
Lady working at counter was a great customer service person. Food was fast, good tasting, and good price.Thought about eating at the new Big Chicken business next door, but saw the lineup and ratings were not good. I know Popeyes chicken taste good. And Big Chicken prices cost more also. Love the strawberry new biscuit dessert available now. It's yummy.KFC is bad tasting chicken food since the colonel sold his business. Ordered online. Went to drive thru to pick up. Service was "ok", could have been friendlier. Got home and noticed we were short an individual Mac and cheese, and our family size Mac and cheese was not full. Tenders were not cooked as much as they probably should have been. Then today while eating leftovers, I got a mouthful of plastic in the mashed potatoes. It'll be a while before we go back.
