Donuts are good, customer service and transparency not so great, not always. The prices charged didn't match their current menu posted by the window or the one here on their Facebook page. Taxes charged, were not shown on the receipt. It said "zero" for tax, but they were charged. Everything I ordered from their menu came up to $15.40 before tax and hidden fees. I was charged $22.14.
