Wingstop is a popular spot that consistently serves great food, including their highly-recommended chicken sandwich and tasty wings. The Fayetteville Ar Wingstop is known for having some of the friendliest service, with staff members always being nice and helpful. One team member even signed to a hearing-impaired customer to assist with ordering. Mufasta took orders and was super nice and helpful. The man working the cash register, who seemed to be running the whole restaurant, was the kindest man. He was working to-gos, pickups, kitchen, and cash register, juggling all of this during lunch while still being good with customers. Despite being busy, especially on weekends, the friendly staff provides excellent customer service with a smile. The food was absolutely bomb! Best Wingstop in years! Everything was correct, wings were on point, and staff were friendly and receptive to curtesy.

While orders may take some time—sometimes almost an hour for to-go orders—many customers feel it's worth the wait. The manager has handled situations well, making sure customers are taken care of, even offering free drinks during commotion. However, there are concerns about the quality of the fries, which some have found to be not crispy and not warm.
