Worth pulling off the highway!
We stopped in on a road trip and were treated like family. The ladies working were so warm and inviting. It was like having 3 favorite aunts fix you a sandwich. They even insisted our dog come ip from the car for a visit and wanted to hear all about our travels. The sandwich hit the spot and the iced tea is large and delicious. We stopped in Forrest City for a quick pit stop for gas and a coffee. Liking to support local, we decided on Holy Gounds for the coffee. We also liked it that this was a faith-based ministry. What a treat! We were greeted by some lovely southern ladies running the shop that day. We got iced coffees which were delicious and large! We were tempted by a beautiful lemon cake under the cake dome and shared a slice along with a chocolate chip cookie for the road. Both were delicious....read full review
We were just passing through on a long drive and decided to stop here, and I’m so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, the ladies working there made us feel genuinely welcome.
