168 Sushi and Hibachi offers fresh sushi and hibachi with a welcoming atmosphere. The owner is described as absolutely amazing, sweet, and a fantastic cook with an awesome story. Food is always good, fresh, and hot, with generous portions at affordable prices. Sushi rolls are less than a dollar each, beating out fast food joints in value. The chicken hibachi, steak and shrimp hibachi, firecracker roll, spring rolls, steak hibachi, shrimp tempura, chicken wings, and egg rolls are all praised. The ginger is fresh and snappy, and the chopsticks are good, not the cheap break apart kind. The environment is comfortable, open late, and great for takeout or sitting at the picnic table outside the truck. Everything is hot, fresh, and tasty, making it a definite stop worth returning to.
