We always have a great time at Chuck E. Cheese! The facility is clean, the staff is always polite and helpful, and if a game ever stops working, they’re quick to fix it. A special shoutout to Crystal, she makes the best breadsticks and is absolutely fabulous and polite. \nIf you’re on the fence about the Summer Pass like I was, just go for it! It’s totally worth it. Affordable, air-conditioned fun for the kids (and a break for the grownups). We’re so glad we got it! Also...

Summary: Avoid the food, enjoy the games, avoid the manager, enjoy the other employees.

The pizza crust is Very thin, not much sauce, and the cheese was so thin that there were several patches without any cheese at all on both of our pizzas. Couple that with the high prices and you'd be much better off eating somewhere else before going to Chuck E Cheese.
