I am not going to leave a review that is going to tank a rating, but this store was not clean. The soda machine was dirty, the tables were all dirty, even the card reader was filthy. Our food is fine, but someone needs to manage the cleanliness

I love firehouse sub. It's my favorite sandwich store. I took my grandkids to eat there around 7 pm in fort Smith on Rogers. The food was excellent. When we were done I took everything in to the trash. As we were leaving the manager, a black lady, asked us to go clean the mess weade. The thing is that all that was left was a ti y scrap of meat and lettuce on the ground under the table. I left a tip, and put all of the trash and baskets away. There was no reason for her to...

Food is usually on-point.The workers are always friendly.Not much to say on the atmosphere, it's a sandwich shop.

Parking: The lot is shared with a couple other places. It isn't big, but it is also rarely crowded.

Kid-friendliness: They have kid combos, but if your kid is not a toddler I recommend a small or medium combo.

Wheelchair accessibility: Large double doors and designated handicapped table.
