Amazing service! The manager and staff were so helpful today! In a hectic social climate it's nice to come with our grandson and feel welcomed and peace. We will be returning and our grandsons love the playroom and the staff is so friendly and patient. very clean and the food is awesome EVERY time we visit. I’m actually kinda mad. as a professional of the service industry I understand mistakes happen. I also understand we are tired at the end of the day. But honestly I just did a 12hr shift and thought to myself I just want a chicken sandwich. I have eaten here before and haven’t had a problem, But tonight…. Tonight was probably the worst.
