It was nice to walk from our hotel to the restaurant. My wife split an eleven-ounce sirloin with a salad and asparagus. The steak was cooked to perfection as was the asparagus. The salad was good. It had been a long time since we had visited an Outback but if this is an example we won't wait as long again.

The food was okay. The service was okay. The a/c seemed to be down the night we visited. They had a portable unit, but it wasn't big enough to cool the dining space. Hopefully this issue won't last long. Our drinks didn't come until after we received our appetizer. We had to ask for drink refills. We had to remind the server that we had ordered a drink from the bar. When we received it, it tasted watered down as if the ice had already started to melt...like it had...

I have to start by saying I haven't previously enjoyed Fort Smith Outback because of the service.
Well let me say that was total turn around tonight as Addie made our experience 5 star. She was amazing and I will return because of her. Thanks again Addie for being so good at taking care of the customer!
