“I always have a good experience when I go to this Sonic. The food is hot and fresh. The servers are polite. If I need anything additional they bring it right to my car when I press the red button. I think I like this place because of the chili. I like the chili footlong, I like the Frito chili pie, chili on my tots. I even recently started adding chili to my burger. It's pretty delicious.“

“I just stopped in this morning at 6:30 to get some delicious Sonic blackberry-lime water.

José was the only one working this morning and I just wanted to say what a great job he did. He was very efficient even though he had to be a little stressed working alone - however,he didn't seem that way he seemed very calm and was very friendly.

I hope management recognizes what a great asset they have with Jose! He deserves a raise for sure!!! 👏👏👏👏👏“

“I had LITERALLY the beast sausage, egg and cheese burrito here today. Like literally the best! First off it was HOT, secondly they literally cooked the egg on to the tortilla, then evenly spread the cheese, and added soo much sausage. First time in ordering sonic burritos I didn't have a bite of just tortilla, or too much either: egg, cheese. Or sausage, in a bite.Like I wish I knew who made it cause I'm in love with it and want to order everyday you're there!!I was there at noon. Ordered the burrito meal, croissant meal, and onion rings.Took Like 20 minutes to get but I'd wait again for tha burrito ? ❤️“

“My first experience at this Sonic location was honestly disappointing. The service felt bland, the staff didn’t seem to know what the order even consisted of, and when I asked about it, the response was basically, “I hope.” The food reflected that poorly made, thrown together, and overall not good at all.
That said, what truly changed my perspective was how the manager handled the situation. After I reported the issue, the manager was immediately on top of it and reached out to me personally. They went above and beyond to make sure our second experience was completely different and it was. The food was made properly, everything was correct, and the experience felt like what Sonic should represent.
Having been a manager before, I understand that sometimes crew performance can be out of your hands no matter how hard you try. What matters is how problems are handled, and this manager made sure the store reflected the standards they expect. When there was a problem, it was acknowledged and fixed, and that level of accountability deserves recognition.
Because of that, I’m willing to give this location another chance. Good management truly makes all the difference.“

“Brit is a 5 star Car Hop!
I sent an order back thinking it was wrong (I was wrong lol) and she not only came out personality to fix it instead of talking over the mic but they aslo remade my whole order and explained to me what happend.
They may not make my favorite breakfast burritos in town but their service is excellent!“
