I was told I had to request the happy hour drink pricing up front after returning having been charged full price at 1500. Buyer beware, false advertisement.
I try to give the place several times to make up because usually it's not the business. It's usually the person on that current shift but after four visits and four different people this place just sucks. The food was always inaccurate. The food is always inaccurate. I am willing to drive to the Moon to get an accurate order. I'm just going to upgrade and go to Chipotle. Anywhere but here.
It's always good

Taco Bell offers a varied menu, including the Mexican Pizza and the Caramel Apple Empanada. Customers appreciate the upbeat staff, noting their friendly, polite, and efficient service, which contributes to an enjoyable dining experience. Many reviews highlight that the food is always hot, and the tortillas are fresh, with one customer stating this location is the best Taco Bell in Fort Smith. However, there are mentions that the restaurant can be stingy with providing hot sauce packets. While the day shift staff consistently checks orders for accuracy, the night shift may not always do so, so customers are advised to check their food, especially for those with allergies. Overall, customers feel a strong loyalty to this Taco Bell, often choosing it over other locations for its quality and service.
