Order food through Door Dash. My order was wrong. It had the correct ticket but the wrap was wrong. I spent 20 on my lunch just to throw it away. I tried to call to get it fixed, but no one answered. There is no way of talking to anyone. Ugh! So frustrating. I will not be ordering from them again. I understand mistakes but at least have a way to fix it.
Sent assitant in for smoothie and sandwich, Turkey bacon ranch, there was mold on the bread. Frigging nasty.
I'm not one to usually blast a restaurant but I'm making an exception tonight. I checked the app BEFORE ordering to make sure they were going to be open. I order and go to pick up my order. Mind you the app CHARGED my card instantly. I got to the window and find out their closed. Normally I wouldn't care, but they charged my card.
