It's only been a couple of months ago that I started going to tropical smoothie...although I love the smoothie the service is terrible...I've only been to this place about 6 times...well at least 3 out of 6 times my drink sits at window after I pay and I have to sit forever before anyone acknowledges me at the window again to simply hand me my drink....the ones who have already tended to me and know I'm waiting walk by the window several times ..but ignore me...I...
Food was classic tropical smoothie great! Staff was very poor☹️ plenty of staff but they don’t acknowledge customers? I waited about 10 min in front of the register to order. Staff just walking past without speaking (I was the only one in the lobby they weren’t busy) not a good tropical smoothie experience compared to what I’m used to!
