This location canceled my paid in full delivery order and refused to make it right. The franchise owners and general managers of this location should focus on retraining their store leadership on basic customer service skills.
I normally don’t leave reviews but this was a worthy reason!
The other night I ordered pizza and wings via the Pizza Hut app. The app actually give me quite a few problems and kept glitching on me. End result the app caused and issue to where my two large pizzas and 8 wings were ordered twice. I dont normally post bad reviews but when people have kids to feed and if there's a two hour wait thenleast they could donisnlickup the phone and call.someone to day hey its gonna be 2 hours !!!! so people can choose to wait that time.or cancel the order!!! guess that's what happens when there's a bunch ofbteenagers with no decencybworking
