I was up there last week and was sitting in a slot to order. They came on and ask me to move to drive through for they were short handed so I did.
I got up to speaker to order and sit at the speaker for at least 5min, I got fed up and went to window and as soon as I did the Manger who was taking the orders took the ladies order behind hind me.

Waited 25 minutes for food. Demanded refund. Over crowded with young high school kids being loud and rude. Will go elsewhere from now on.
