Very friendly staff. Family friendly to my children. Nice location by the river. However my food was too salty so I ultimately couldn’t finish it. I had the artichoke smothered chicken. I believe the rest of the family enjoyed their food.

While my first post(below) very much stands... i have been a second time now and the last thing i expected was food poisoning. I ordered the exact same thing also. Not sure if they changed anything but the steak was not worth the cost this time and food poisoning is completely unacceptable!
Best steak i have had in a very long time!(16oz ribeye), wife also loved her stuffed steaks. Every thing here is big! BIG TASTE, BIG PORTIONS, and kina big prices. Would very much recommend!

Today was our first time here. We came in around 1pm. Prices are higher than expected. Service was average. I tried the stuffed steak, but was not impressed. The small portion of steak was just ok, the bacon was not cooked well, the crawfish was overpowering, and the rice was obviously a filler. My husband had a chicken dish with bacon, onions and a garlic cream sauce, and though he didn’t complain, we both agreed we probably wouldn’t plan to go back. Cost too much to be that disappointing. We eat out a lot, and have paid much more for food that was well worth it, that just was not the case today.

This was my first time visiting this location as it is always packed in passing by. I'm pretty sure it was also my waitress' first time as well as she did not know the proper etiquette of greeting and being kind to customers. She wasn't even knowledgeable of what they were serving as she simply walked up and said we're out of a bunch of things on the menu and started listing off what was not available and made the comment that she knew she was leaving out a bunch more. She did not ask us how we were doing or state her name just went straight into what can I get you were out of everything 😬 I remained polite as you never know what kind of day someone is having I can understand that we all have bad days. I then gave her my order of salmon which was the main reason for picking this place, for the salmon I was craving. She then replied were out of that as well. I looked over the menu while the rest of my party ordered and when she circled around to me I asked for a pizza, she replied they only do pizza on Fridays? Yes the reply was in question and uncertainty if that was the right day. I finally said I would take the salad bar and again that was not available that specific day as well. So if you are coming here for pizza, salmon, salad bar or about half of the menu please call ahead of time and make sure it's available! I gave 5 stars for the atmosphere as the back patio has a beautiful landscape with a fountain and flight of stairs to overlook the lake. Makes for a beautiful picture. I might go for a coke and sit back there in the peaceful serenity, but definitely not going there if I'm hungry. Huge disappointment as I had only heard wonderful things about this place 👎

Great experience for a group of 9! We all ordered something different but what everyone got was delicious. They had a huge menu which is usually a warning sign for me but everything they had, even their homemade pizza was delicious!

We had a reservation for 18 people to celebrate two birthdays. We were placed in the VIP room with No air conditioning. It was absolutely miserable. They finally brought in a small fan but did not have a plug that would cover all the guest. Because they took on other large parties it took over a hour to get our food once our orders were finally taken. Once they came out most of the orders were incorrect. One of our guest never got her appetizers. Our guest had to get up and go to the bar to get drinks because they were not getting them after placing the order. I was charged on my ticket for a mix drink I did not order. After being in the restaurant with horrible service we were hit with over 20% tip. Our ticket for two people was $87 +change. This was our first time there and a horrible experience. When we contacted the restaurant with our concerns and large tips for horrible service the manager made a bunch of excuses that none was the customers problem.

The 8oz filet I ordered was cooked wrong and the quality of meat was horrible. The taste was very off and not worth the $36 charged for. Do not order the filet! Not high quality meat!! The server that helped us had too many tables and was hard for her to keep up. The server was the best part of night, because she was so friendly! Interior def needs some work also!

We love Cafe Klaser. My go-to order is the blackened shrimp wrap with the homemade chips. The staff is friendly and the deck overlooking the river is a great place to unwind and enjoy a nice meal.

Blooming onion was delicious. Everyone who had a steak was happy. Burger and fries were a hit with the teen grandson. Pasta was too soft and Alfredo was thin but had a nice taste. Not over the top delicious. Salads were large and fresh. Blue cheese salad dressing is always amazing.
