got two sandwiches, the ribeye sandwich and ordered onion rings, the sandwich bread was soggy, the onions were soggy yet somehow barely cooked. the onion rings were so soggy when you pick them up they flopped over and the batter was raw inside. the only thing we could eat was the rib eye meat which was full of grissle...no thanks not worth the $30 spent

Excellent diner food and waitstaff. We had the chicken fried steak and the breaded pork chop. Lots of sides to choose from. We sat outside with our dog on a picnic bench.

I took my wife up to Heber Springs for Mother's Day and stayed at the holiday Inn and i asked the ladies at the desk what was the best place to get a good steak. without hesitation, they both said Chucks. wow, amazing! everything was cooked to perfection, best house rolls ever, they have a homemade house dressing (honey mustard) thats out of this world. and the steaks will melt in your mouth. best service ever. we live in jonesboro, ar, and will make a special trip back just to enjoy dinner. 5 star food and service : )

Visited Heber Springs and after. 7 hour drive, Chuck's Diner was open late with the option to pickup. Maybe I was hungry but the grilled chicken salad hit the spot and the ladies were very sweet.

We got he chicken fried steak and it was very good and the portion size was adequate for a man-sized appetite, too big for the wife. But the food was very good and price ok. Didn't get the prime rib as we felt it was overpriced.

Great food at a good price. We were there, with many restrictions, due to Covid-19. They did a great job with social distancing and all employees had on a mask. The food was appropriately hot and was delicious. I had chicken fried chicken, and it had a good crust and tender chicken. We will definitely go here again.
