“We came in tonight after church, the place was packed and they were a little understaffed, there was a young man that took our order and while I was waiting on our food I watch this kid, his name is Jacob, he was working the cash register and taking orders and running back to prepare the food, he was doing the job of two or three people, customers were standing in line complaining that it was taking to long, I saw at least four people chew him out about the service but he was nothing but respectful, we need to stop complaining about how disrespectful the young kids are and think about where they get it from, I want to do a big shout out to Jacob, Fantastic Job and Taco Bell is very lucky to have you, Jacob I bet your parents are very proud of you, good job mom and dad“
