Lunch today was oh so good ! Best I have ate in a long while . The bacon wrapped breast was so tender and juicy. The mashed taters and gravy was so good and the fried okra too and that cheese cake was to die for. My first visit. But I will definitely be back !
Ate breakfast there for the first time it was awesome the gravy was old school style tender ham and a fresh biscuit. Will definitely go back highly recommend! Friendly atmosphere too!!!
We stopped in on the way to a state park and the food was so yummy and the service was friendly and kind!! The pancake was the best I’ve ever had!!!

Peggy Sue's Place is a warm and welcoming restaurant known for its exceptional breakfast and other meals. Reviewers highlight the friendly atmosphere and quick service, making visits enjoyable. The restaurant is renowned for its Onion Rings and Burgers, which many say are far superior to those found at fast food chains. Breakfast options are popular, with dishes like the chocolate chip pancake and old school style gravy receiving high praise. While some have noted that certain meals, like the catfish, could use more seasoning, the overall quality and hospitality shine through. This small diner also offers fair prices and has plenty of parking, although the main lot is gravel. Peggy Sue's Place is a great spot for a satisfying meal, especially for breakfast, and is highly recommended for those looking for good food and great service. Visitors have praised the tender and juicy bacon-wrapped breast, delicious mashed potatoes and gravy, and the mouthwatering cheesecake.
