Placed order for delivery in Heber Springs... The guy pulls up and never gets out and leaves.. we call pizza hut and asked what was going on. No one could give an answer and was very rude and still never delivered!!!! Will not be ordering from there again!!!

I'm just sayin this is really getting weird when I can only understand a person taking my order totally being frustrated by my questions and very obviously sighing with my 3 questions.. 1 was what she thought, wanted a personal opinion, who dosent, just trying to be personable, after all I work right beside our home town pizza hut, then at the end after hearing alot more sighing, I asked if I could add a tip, angry sigh then dial tone! Wow I'm like worried now ? so I call back and actually talk to our store! Yay! Just want people to know our home town employees would never be like this! Okay people America is becoming so corporate dig before you make harsh reviews on our hometown workers who have absolutely no control over customer service up top!This is against the call people and the corporation the home town lady smoothed the rudness over but yall need to do something! Geez

Really good pizza. We were surprised as we stopped going to Pizza Hut years ago due to lackluster waitresses and poorly decorated pizzas. We decided try the one in Heber Springs. Boy did we get a surprise. We have since eaten there a dozen or so times. The usually only have one waitress on duty, which adds time to get service sometimes, but the waitress that are on duty work hard to deliver. We will keep patronizing this restaurant, because the food is great.

Pizza here just doesn't taste like it did 20 yrs ago. It is not good. It's just not. Not even a little bit. Wings are good but wings are good everywhere. Difference here is the wings are ridiculously expensive. 12 wings are $22 plus tax and that's unheard of for wings. Most places are $1 each or .75 each. This place doesn't have a salad bar or pizza buffet whereas all other surrounding ones do. Instead they have the salad bar full of pizza boxes and it looks like they're moving out when you walk in. Service was fine. Ambiance is awful. Not comforting at all. Like I said, it looks like they're packing up ready to jump ship in there with the way they have all their pizza boxes in the dining room. I got 6 wings and a personal pan 1 topping with a tea and it was $18! My pizza and drink was suppose to be $7.00 so I guess my 6 pc of wings were $11. Ridiculous. I won't go to this location again. They can't afford menus here apparently either bc they're all on white hand typed out paper. Idk how they stay in business.
If you're going to have hours posted on your door, you need to honor those hours. We drove 15 minutes just to have a quiet evening and eat a pizza on Saturday, October 14th. We got there at 9:45 p.m.. Your hours posted were lobby closing at 10:00 p.m. We called and got us a sarcastic response from the employee that answered the phone and the manager would not even speak to us. And we could hear the conversation in the background and how he was saying he didn't care. Newsflash! It's a small community and a small world. Change the rules in the middle of the ball game and treat people poorly, it will come back and haunt your business. You will not see our business again. I recommend people bypass this business. And yes I am doing a complaint with Pizza Hut corporate.
