Incredible Mexican spot! Some of the best I’ve had
We love it ! Always good food.
Ordered to pick up while we were staying next door @ Heber Springs Resort- went inside to pick up & the atmosphere was very nice. There looked to be 2 dining areas & an outdoor space as well. Staff was friendly & helpful. Ordered the Keto bowl- which is called Fajitas Rancheros at my favorite local restaurant in Kentucky (minus shrimp) along with a medium cheese dip for the chips that always accompany orders. Las Playitas offers a wonderful atmosphere and an authentic Taco Tuesday lunch special with chicken or beef, soft or hard shell tacos for a dollar each, served with pico de gallo. The food is hot, plentiful, and served quickly, accompanied by awesome red salsa. The menu features many choices at prices much lower than other restaurants, making it a great option in Heber. The service is great overall, with staff usually being friendly and attentive, although there have been occasional instances of discomfort with newer employees. While alcohol is restricted before 2pm, Las Playitas consistently provides a good food experience worth returning for, with many customers praising it as the best food in town.
