Note: I go to this burger king occasionally and the staff and service is ALWAYS AMAZING except last night (i always go during day but i had nighttime munchies after being in texas) and i also really never write reviews unless im very pleased or the service was just that bad
What happened last night:
Always had a good experience since i most times go during day and i always order through the app well last night i did the same thing and idk if its because of night staff or if the staff were having a bad day or what but it took me 30 MINUTES to get my single wrap and ice cream cone with only one car infront of us and no other customers— but the car infront of us was clearly waiting way longer and soon just left without her food so it was our turn me and my boyfriend werent waiting that long when we got behind her and knew immediately something was up once we saw the car leave without her food and no other customers we get there the side window is open NO ONE comes up to us there was only one cashier tending to two men but they get their cup and leave the register she soon comes up to us after another women (im assuming another cashier because she goes to the register after the other lady comes to us) she gives us a bag of food then says “oh i gave you the wrong food” then asks us to hand it back then she throws it away along side the cup of soda that was still on the counter she didnt give us which makes me believe it was that poor ladies food that just drove off after waiting for so long then the staff member leaves and goes gets my boyfriends food and hands us both our icecream while im still waiting for my wrap i then notice she didnt give me a cone but just a soft serve in a cup I told myself it was no big deal they are probably out of cones didnt bother me then she leaves to go tell the cooks to make my wrap and i notice the other staff woman that walked in and took over register disappeared and i didnt pay no thought to it just assuming she went to help in the kitchen since like i said no other customers but the two guys inside and me and my boyfriend in the drive thru
Well heres where i started to get upset after waiting so long for just a wrap? And i was being decently patient since they did give us our icecream and my boyfriends food we hear the cooks laughing and joking while the original cashier lady was telling them to cook my wrap and they were just not listening to her (me and my boyfriend heard all of this because she never shut the drive thru window ) and i notice the cashier getting a little irritated with the cooks which i understand shes the only one up front she already had a customer just leave after waiting so long its night shes tired and wants to go home I feel bad for her and the cooks just are not doing their job or listening to the poor girl?!? And I have worked in fast food and retail before I understand everyone needs to do their part to keep things running smooth and keep the customer and orders go smooth without getting backed up or its all a mess. But eventually they do make my wrap and I already submitted my feedback about the service on the app while I am still in the drive thru waiting and we soon leave
We ordered at 8:10pm we got to the drive thru and clocked in at 8:16 we didnt leave the drive thru with our food until 8:46
My complaints:
-service we were ignored at the drive thru window for about five minutes then left alone again for another 25 minutes
-given the wrong food which was suppose to go to the poor women who left after waiting so long (You are not suppose to bring in outside food back in the kitchen once its left the kitchen ⚠️)
-they got my order wrong but i wasnt going to give it back because i just wanted to get home at that point and i usually wouldn’t have complained on any other day about my food but are you really going to get my order wrong after making me wait 30 minutes for 2items?!?

“One of the first Dairy Queen restaurants. Been in same location for many decades. No longer a DQ because the owner refused to move closer to the interstate. I like it because they kept their home location to service their dedicated patrons.“

“It's nice to be back where Sonic restaurants act like Sonic restaurants. I've been up north for 3 years. Most drive-ins are only drive-thrus. Nobody seems to use the application up north and if Corporate advertises a product, rarely do the restaurants up north order in for the advertised items.“
