“This is not the best Chicken express I have ever eaten at. The fries were greasy and the tenders were a little soggy. Over all still good food. The employees were also not the friendliest. Some employees were talking about their party’s and drinking instead of paying attention to customers. The prices have went up also. The #2 is $17.29.“

“This place has really improved. The drive thru lady (Robin) was very clear and pleasant. Didn’t rush us and was nice at window. The second window was Tierra and she was just as sweet. Confirmed order, asked if we needed anything else. I’ve never been to a KFC before and had this kind of service. These two ladies went above and beyond with customer service. The food was hot and was well prepared in package. The rest of the staff inside of restaurant seemed well groomed as well as the restaurant and the parking lot was very clean. Everyone was working very diligently. So congratulations to this store. You don’t get this anymore. Thank you!!!!!“
