Stopped by this local Mexican food truck and was seriously impressed. The service was friendly, the food came out incredibly fast, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The birria tacos were absolutely amazing—perfectly seasoned, packed with tender meat, and served with a rich consommé that took them to the next level. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Great food, quick turnaround, and excellent customer service. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend giving them a try!

The person who took our order was very polite, the food came out promptly. Still hot after a 8 min drive and was AMAZING. The food was cooked, seasoned and prepared to perfection. I would assume these recipes have been passed down through generations with how delicious and robust the flavor tasted. We ordered the birriaburito, quesabirra and the dorielotas. 🌮🌯

All we can say is that we highly, highly recommend the birria burrito and, yes, it comes with consomé. It's insanely delicious. This food truck is an absolute must try while in Hot Springs.

The Birria Ramen lacks flavor, and quality. They use noodles from a ramen packet, and they barely put any meat. I tried to tell them what the could work on to make theirselves a better business but they don’t wanna hear the truth to make theirselves better!

The food is amazing and fresh. This is our second visit this week. There were quite a few cars in the parking lot, but they managed to get all the food out on time. We picked up our to go boxes on motorcycles. They packed their food with such care that it’s easy to throw in. Backpacks and get home. The food was beautiful when we open the box. We will be back again!

Food seasoned nicely and big portions.

Go somewhere else, because I left hungry! This business has poor quality of food, not worth your hard earned money. Choose somewhere else because staff is unfriendly and service is even worse. The “natural” fruit waters or aguas “naturales” have color dyes and nothing close to natural, even when I asked before ordering. The cucumber with lime has green color dyes and the mango has tang mango drink mix in it.

There aren't any tables, you can order from the window or online and sit in your vehicle. The food is absolutely amazing as well as the staff. I don't know anything about dietary stuff, I just like food. The price to proportion is way better than most fast food restaurants around. I highly recommend trying, you have to try the birria burrito.

Very inventive food and wonderful people. I've had a bacon breakfast burrito before but never heard of a bacon wrapped burrito 🤯🤯🤯 We will definitely be going back
