We tried the birria ramen, quesabirria tacos, birria burrito, and churros con nieve. Prepare for a bit of a wait because they remained busy throughout the hour or so we were seated beside the food truck. Wait was totally worth it! My kids and I loved the food and staff were super friendly and helpful.

I ordered the chicken quesadilla. First I requested NOTHING spicy. Was told reassuringly that its only chicken and cheese. Then I requested lettuce and tomato cooked inside. They failed the NOTHING spicy by loading it down with big flakes of black pepper. Also the bottom tortilla ended up being mushy.
I've been ordering the same thing for the past few years. I was very disappointed with the meal. I don't know if I will be going back and I'm not sure about recommending them either.

This is hands down my favorite Mexican food in the entire state. I particularly love the queso birria. I typically will order birria if a restaurant or food truck offers it. I have been disappointed many times, but not here. Without a doubt It is my favorite queso birria. Always so fresh and juicy and They are not stingy with the meat. They also serve elote in a cup and it’s so delicious. I highly recommended stopping by. They do tend to be busy so it’s smart to call ahead. They only accept cash or cash app NO CARD so be prepared.

Kid-friendliness: They have covered tables outside, so you and the family can sit together and eat.
There have been children there every time I have, and I have taken my own as well. They love it.

Hand down best tacos anywhere in Hot Springs. We've tried a few other places and none are as good as Salsitas. We eat there at least twice a week.

these were the some of the best birria tacos ive ever had!! they were LOADED with meat and cheese and the consome was so spicy and deep/rich w flavor. 9.5/10 would eat everyday if my body could withstand it.
