I love this hotel. We always stay in a mineral water suite. The water comes directly from the hot spring in the mountain. I love the historic bathrooms and think they are doing a really good job with renovations. The beds are comfortable. The furniture and furnishings are very nice and the new windows have beautiful views of the mountains. My kids love the pool. The staff are also very kind and accommodating. And the ladies who work in the dining room are always wonderful.

Great location, huge rooms, beautiful old building. That being said, it does have its issues…rooms are old and need of refurb, especially the bathrooms, but it seems like they are working on that. I never had any “issues” though, because I understand what I was getting. And for the price, it was worth it!!
My one big complaint was with the front desk staff. Nice, enough, but unhelpful. Had asked for a higher floor, ended up on the 3rd floor staring at the roof. Said my...
The atmosphere inside the store is nice and retro.Coffee is the best. I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks this tastes better than other Starbucks.I'll come back later.
