We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and can't imagine any other restaurant we would rather visit for a special occasion. Everything was perfect! Thoughtful service, exquisitely curated menu, delicious creations from the kitchen. From the bread service to the trout roe atop the smoked salmon bruschetta to the truffle butter on the filet... every bite is such an incredible experience. We love the Brussels sprouts and the rice pudding we had for dessert spectacular....
Every dish was cooked perfect. Portion sizes are very appropriate. The Chef uses lots of fresh local ingredients in honest and creative ways. Definitely a fine dining atmosphere. The wine selection was good, although not lots of options by the glass. Cocktails were good.
I didn't want counter seating and specifically requested main dining room and still got counter seating. Food was good, on par with a steakhouse in a large city. Also wasn't really pleased with the surcharge on using a card over cash. I've never seen a “higher” end restaurant do that especially when you are getting $200 for 2 to eat.
