Stayed 2 nights.Pro: Centrally located, somewhat walkable to the downtown area, free drinks at happy hour, maintenance very prompt, quiet in the room, clean, comfortable bed, free parking.Con: Hotel needs updating, as decor is from the 1980s. No USB ports in rooms, very few plugs, parking is very challenging, limited food options at the bar. Overall it was a clean place to stay for a couple of nights.

Kitchen closed 2 hours early, but because there was several hotel guests appearing to eat, they were kind enough to turn the grills back on. Food was fine, service and drinks were questionable. Prices were ridiculous.

The place needs a complete renovation. It smells of mold and the furnishings look like its been rescued from curbside trash. The rooms are dark and the carpet... wear shoes. The tub does not drain and the stopper was not attached. No shampoo just conditioner, good thing I brought my own. The bathroom floor is dirty. I spilled water so I moped it up and the towel was black. The dorm size fridge hasn't been defrosted since it was installed, the freezer was just ice. Dust everywhere. The staff seems nice but this hotel is overpriced for this tier. Also the pet fee is $125, more than any other hotels that I've stayed at including the Ritz in NYC. Thank goodness I only booked for one night with points, no way I would have stayed for longer than that.

It's an Embassy Suites, but that's where the similarity to other Hilton hotels ends. Absolutely nothing has been updated since the hotel was built (except for the TVs which are now flat panel and not CRT/tube). Many things are broken, and some less frequently used exit doors are zip tied closed. Yes, zip tied (see pic). The faux leather on the chairs in the lobby is peeling away on much of the seating, what can only be assumed to be the remnants of a fountain in the middle of the hotel is now just a large fake stone eyesore with a metal razorback hog on top. When we arrived, the room appeared clean but the bathroom smelled so overwhelmingly with urine that we couldn't stay in the room for long. The culprit appeared to be a stained shower curtain. After informing the front desk, they had it cleaned. However, that was the only cleaning we got in the room for a 4 night stay. Not once was the trash emptied, nor dirty dishes taken, nor floor vacuumed, nor bed made. Not once. They provide a sliver of hand soap and just three towels for a suite designed to sleep up to 6. The chlorine level in the pool is so high that it makes your skin itch being in the water and your eyes itch and your head pound when you're just sitting beside it. Too bad you can't get out of the exit doors if there was a fire, since the doors were zip tied closed. The managers reception is definitely less than ideal. If you're not there when it starts, don't expect much in the way of food leftover, as they don't seem to refill what they initially put out. This is good considering that to wash it down, you have to inconvenience the bartender for a drink (the one during the week, Fridays bartender was less annoyed by the customers). The breakfast was without variety (fine if you're only staying a day or two, but disappointing if staying longer). One morning, the pancakes were so hard that they could have been used as weapons. Two ladies who were obviously managers were constantly jumping in to help their staff when it got busy or hectic, which shows their commitment to customer service and to their employees. The front desk was kind and helpful. At the end of it all, if you're looking for a Hilton hotel to stay in while in Hot Springs - you might want to stay away from this one and look at the new Home2 Suites or to The Waters which is a curio collection Hilton hotel.

We had an amazing 3 night stay. Rooms were exceptionally clean, beds semi-soft, freshly cooked omelets available with the buffet, pool was very clean and nice (was a tad bit rough and messed my toes up but no patches and overall was a nice indoor 5ft pool) bartender made the drinks strong, and the service was top notch for today's standards. The kids loved the atrium aspect. Embassy is now our top pick for affordable hotels in HS.

Horrible service from bar and grill staff. Cursing in front of kids about customers/employees and then yelled at my kids for trying to sit on the bar stool to order their food. Rooms also weren't great and parking was ridiculous. We haven't even been here 30 mins and we've already decided we will never return. (4/14/23 family trip).

I came to Hot Springs needing to be treated with kid gloves. I never told anyone that. Yet everyone, every single staff member, treated me like I was their very own well-loved family member. My room was large and very clean as well. I highly recommend and will definitely return. Thank you so much!

My wife came down with covid so I called and messaged Embassy Suites to cancel our stay. They never returned my calls or messages nor cancel my stay. They charged my cc for the room that was never used. We are retired and live on a fixed income and was looking forward to this. I don't understand why a company would take advantage of people.

Easy located within walking of downtown Hot Springs so the location is fantastic. There is a free parking lot right across the street from the hotel because the valet is a mess. The pool was too crowded so we were not able to use it. The room was typical it was clean but the hotel failed to answer any of the texting requests or answer the phone so that service was really lacking. They have the managers special every evening which was a nice treat. The omelets were the best in the morning.

I had made reservations previously, but cancelled. Had a cancellation #. 24 hours prior to "check in" I received a confirmation email. I immediately called the hotel, and the rep said I had 2 bookings for the conference...I explained that wasn't possible, asked for a supervisor, explained, still not resolved. The reps were hard to understand and the phone connection made it impossible to fill in the gaps. I even had them call my personal cell, and the phone quality didn't change. In the end I stated I didn't need the reservation and needed to get it cancelled whatever that took, even if I had to speak to someone else. I still received a bill for 3 nights stay, and I intend to dispute with my CC company. Horrible experience all the way around.

Long weekend stay for Spring Break. (Easy walk to St Paddy’s parade!). Staff friendly. Long line at check in. Breakfast had good assortment but it was crazy busy and staff were trying their best to keep up. One coffee machine was down too - it was a really long line! Rooms need updating and more lighting but were clean. Beds are small doubles. They still aren’t sending housekeeping through daily. I assume if I had asked they would have come. We had to have towels sent up a couple of times. Tons of families and plenty of parking.

The hotel was packed, with a large convention and the state basketball tournament next door. In my opinion, they are not staffed properly for crowds this large. Calling the front desk was an adventure; you get a voice response instead of a human. When it did finally connect we got no answer two different times. We never saw more than one person at the front desk. Breakfast was the highlight of our three day stay.

Most ES are nice comfortable and accommodating. Not this one. They continually run out of towels, forks, plates, food at happy hour, have no bedding for pull out couch, and pool was closed during normal operating hours. To top it off, front desk and concierge are rude. It is like they weren’t prepared for guests this week. Odd really.

This hotel need an uplift! The room we had the couch squeaked when you moved. The double beds are full size not queen. The morning breakfast was a joke! No cereal or milk at 8:00am. No pastries, no silverware at 8:45am. Toaster was already turned off, and cereal. Very little fruit and potatoes. The omelette guy was great! He got many guy plastic silverware so they could eat the awesome omelette he man and he had a great personality. He is why they get one star. The bar staff was something to be desired. After ordering food my daughter asked for a cup of water. He sent her to the coffee machine to get water. It was warm. They want a tip but don’t want to work for it. The only great employee was the women who ran us the food, got us what we needed and cleaned up after use. She deserved the tip we gave the bartenders. We did the right thing and gave this hard working women a tip. So I am giving them a second star for her. A rather disappointing Sunday night and Monday morning. I have no choice but to stay one more night.
