This restaurant in the Embassy Suites is not prepared when the hotel is full - how can that be? On my visit there last year, the wait for drinks and food was ridiculous. Please improve, Bistro 400, as we like the convenience of eating in our hotel. Thank you
Easy located within walking of downtown Hot Springs so the location is fantastic. There is a free parking lot right across the street from the hotel because the valet is a mess. The pool was too crowded so we were not able to use it. The room was typical it was clean but the hotel failed to answer any of the texting requests or answer the phone so that service was really lacking. Long weekend stay for Spring Break. (Easy walk to St Paddy’s parade!). Staff friendly. Long line at check in. Breakfast had good assortment but it was crazy busy and staff were trying their best to keep up. One coffee machine was down too - it was a really long line! Rooms need updating and more lighting but were clean. Beds are small doubles. They still aren’t sending housekeeping through daily. I assume if I had asked they would have come.
