Easy located within walking of downtown Hot Springs so the location is fantastic. There is a free parking lot right across the street from the hotel because the valet is a mess. The pool was too crowded so we were not able to use it. The room was typical it was clean but the hotel failed to answer any of the texting requests or answer the phone so that service was really lacking. Long weekend stay for Spring Break. (Easy walk to St Paddy’s parade!). Staff friendly. Long line at check in. Breakfast had good assortment but it was crazy busy and staff were trying their best to keep up. One coffee machine was down too - it was a really long line! The hotel was packed, with a large convention and the state basketball tournament next door. In my opinion, they are not staffed properly for crowds this large. Calling the front desk was an adventure; you get a voice response instead of a human. When it did finally connect we got no answer two different times. We never saw more than one person at the front desk. Breakfast was the highlight of our three day stay.
