This would be the perfect place for someone who is blind and deaf because it was dark as all get out in the dining and TV was incredibly loud. Not the bar area; the dining area. Actually, it was louder in the bathroom than anywhere else and I thought my ears would burst.

Bartender-Memphis was very friendly and excellent service! Would definitely recommend!!! We were just traveling thru and stopped for drinks and food!

Awesome for a Buffalo cauliflower wrap and three kind of taters. The featured tall beer is always a good price, decent buckets. Service is always slammed but go in knowing that and order as soon as you see a waitress.

This place never gets your order right I told the girl on the phone that I wanted sweet bbq and lemon pepper mix than I ask her again what's my order and she told me I said ok when I get there they have them peparated one side sweet bbq and the other side lemon pepper I told them I ask for mix the girl going to tell me well I can't take it back so you going to have to mix it yourself here go the sauce than when I get home they shorted me a wing this place is a shame and a hot mess they don't pay an attention to you or your order I'm calling corporate

Wings were decent but taste made from frozen. Restaurant was a big disappointment, vinyl on booths were shredded and disgusting. Half of the ceiling light bulbs were broken. Place seems like management doesn't care anything about maintenance. Wouldn't recommend. If the interior is this badly cared for, I wonder the condition of kitchen and places not seen by the public.

I've held my tongue on this review for years since I do enjoy the food. However, I definitely wont be back to this specific franchise. The waitresses are always nice and hardworking, at least 1 of them, but the kitchen is where the problem lays. Waiting 10 minutes to be seated on an empty restaurant...just to wait an hour for the food where there were only 4 tables. We were told there was only 1 guy and he was new; and that is a shame on management letting only 1 person work. If you want wings there are better places around hot springs, such as wingstop, and if you want your food to be ready chose any other restaurant in the whole town. And if you are hungry, or in a hurry, never go to this place.

Hey service Was ok I had Caesar salad and wings my boy had brisket burger and quesadilla.. Food was good, order was out in timely fashion !
