Nice hotel with a fantastic outdoor space! The front desk person was so cordial and really gave us a positive first impression. The room was nice and on site parking is free. This hotel is located a few miles from Old Town, which is where all the attractions and restaurants are located.
Stayed for 2 nights on our way out west. The hotel is halfway between bathhouse row & lake area. Newer hotel, clean, nice lobby. The front desk staff were welcoming & friendly (special nod to Vernon). Delicious Mexican restaurant within walking distance. We did not use the indoor pool. A clean fitness area with free weights & cardio equipment. Used the guest laundry. No issues. Room was quiet, bed comfortable. This was a great place to stay. Comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and engaging. Great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Bartender Charlene was awesome! We really enjoyed our visit to Hot Springs! Well worth the trip.
