The food is delicious. The staff is attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is inviting. My only complaint was the music is too loud. Difficult to converse when you can't hear each other. The last time I was there we asked for the music to be turned down. Of course they were more than happy to accommodate our request. Thank you!
Not sure why they have anything but a 5 star based upon our experience. My wife and I ate there at an obscure time (3:00 in the afternoon) and the food was AMAZING! We are visiting from Oklahoma and have eaten at multiple restaurants in the Hot Springs area the last couple of days and Cotija has BY FAR been the best!!!! I got the Pollo Loco Tapatio and it was delicious. The salsa is a little different than what I am typically used to with a bit of “smokey” taste, but was still...
