The room was big so it's spacious if you're traveling with a lot of luggage.The bathroom was spacious too. Like most hotels nowadays they have the toiletries dispenser inside the shower. Their shampoo is very good.They place a small lotion container by the sink. The lotion was old.Great variety and quantity of towels for two.Very friendly staff.Convenient location if you're traveling.

Booked 2 rooms, 302 and 304. Room 302 smelled like cigarettes. We stayed 2 nights. For some reason neither room was cleaned by house keeping. Front desk was accommodating and gave us more towels, said they must have just missed us?. Great location, plenty of food and entertainment close by. Good coffee.

I was extremely pleased with the customer service at this location. I booked online and my dates accidentally got messed up but the attending clerk very kindly fixed it over the phone. The food from the bistro was delicious and the lady who was tending bar and serving food was so kind and had a wonderful personality and attitude. Overall this was a 5-star stay. Thank you Courtyard by Marriott Hot Springs for making our family's stay in Hot Springs wonderful!Rooms: The rooms was spacious and very clean.Food & drinks: The food from their on-premise restaurant was amazing.Noteworthy details: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They all had wonderful attitudes and seemed generally very happy at their jobs.

Terrible experience! The AC stopped working at night and had to change rooms at 2am. After a tough day of driving around, we wanted to sleep. The front desk lady Faith took care of it quickly but the manager definitely failed to do her part to keep the rooms maintained.

This hotel do not appreciate or value loyal customers I called to cancel my room and was promise a full refund by Burnice the front desk Clark. Now when I call back I’m speaking with Brittany the sassy sales rep who don’t want to acknowledge what I promised, so than I asked to speak with the GM which is name Kirk who still who don’t want to refund my money for a room I did not stay in which I tired to cancel multiple times thru the app and called which no answer, and he basically called me a lie in so many words said I must of misunderstood Brunise instead him obeying by what I was promise and risk losing a Marriott value customer he found excuses in taking my money and put the blame on me instead of resolving the problem he was being a complete bully. The way he handled the situation should be a disgrace to Marriott. If I could give them zero stars I would and I will be speaking with their corp office next “HILTON WOULD NEVER GO HILTON!!

This was a great place to stay. Comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and engaging. Great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Bartender Charlene was awesome! We really enjoyed our visit to Hot Springs! Well worth the trip.

If I could give ten stars, I would! Clean facility, amazing service (people), comfortable rooms!If I could make one suggestion, it would be to not limit the refrigerator "time on" to two hours. ?♀️ Makes no sense to me at all.

New-ish location, well designed, really well trained and kind staff, good breakfast, plenty of amenities, and well priced.There is plenty of parking at this location. Both at the front and the back. The parking is well lit.Coming in, the area is really clean and well designed with plenty of seats and garbage bins to use. The doors are automatic, and the staff is really welcoming.We had the opportunity to meet Bernis. He was welcoming, explained everything about our stay and options in amenities, recommended the breakfast bar and mentioned prices, and also gave excellent recommendations for lakes and food around the area.The room itself was clean and had plenty of space. Sound proofing could use some work, so beware of that. There is an area to sit and work, AC, fridge, microwave, and ironing stuff.The entire staff was helpful and nice to communicate with honestly.The breakfast bar was a surprise. The bagel, breakfast burrito, and avocado toast were all filling and not expensive.The swimming pool was clean, the fire pit is really nice to sit by both in the morning and at night. The seats outside are comfortable.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we’d come again. Highly recommend this location.
