Love this place great view and service

Always friendly and great food!

This place was recommended by a waiter at the Hilton. It was really busyand we waited 10 to 15 minutes to get seated. After putting in our order, it took at least 30 plus minutes to get tasteless eggs and untoasted, dry, tasteless muffins. My husband said his Denver omelette was awful just like my scrambled egg muffin sandwich. The waitress, however was awesome! Maybe get something other than eggs.

Not the best experience. Monday AM at 9. Server only half way listened to our order, so half of it was wrong. Was going to ask to fix but she never came back. Place was busy, but not slammed…pancake was not what I asked for and then was cool and thin with scrambled egg stuck to the bottom. Husband ordered country potatoes when asked what type of side he would like but was given hash browns. Looked at our check and all the errors were right there so can’t blame the kitchen for that. Disappointing to say the least. Highlight was the half ham steak and blueberry English muffin.

We recently stopped by this adorable mom-and-pop diner and overall had a very enjoyable experience. If you’re looking for a cozy local spot with a hometown feel, this is definitely worth checking out.

One thing I really appreciated was that they serve both breakfast and lunch all day. It’s always nice when you don’t have to rush to make breakfast hours, and they have a surprisingly good variety of English muffin flavors to choose from. The menu offers plenty of options, and the prices are very reasonable, especially considering how much food you get.

As someone with a meat allergy, dining out can sometimes be stressful, but our waitress was very helpful in navigating the menu and identifying items that were cooked separately from other meats. I really appreciated her willingness to answer questions and help me find safe options. For anyone with similar dietary concerns, I was able to safely enjoy the waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, and English muffins.

The atmosphere is charming and welcoming, but one thing to be aware of is that the dining area can feel very crowded when they’re busy. During peak times, there was barely enough room to move between tables, and it became a little difficult to get through the restaurant comfortably.

Our waitress was friendly, but it was obvious she was overwhelmed by how busy the restaurant was. Unfortunately, several items and add-ons we ordered never made it to the table, and the add-ons for our to-go waffle were forgotten as well. When we asked to place a to-go order, it felt like it was an inconvenience, which was disappointing. While I understand that busy shifts can be stressful, there was never any acknowledgment of the missing items. The service wasn’t terrible, but it was definitely the weakest part of an otherwise enjoyable visit.

Despite a few hiccups, we left satisfied. The food was good, the prices were fair, and the small-town diner atmosphere made for an enjoyable visit. The kindness of the staff and their willingness to accommodate my allergy made a big difference. With a little more help during busy times, this place could easily be a five-star experience. We’ll definitely be back and would still recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly local diner serving breakfast and lunch all day.

A favorite with locals for sure. The wait for a table didn’t seem crazy but once we were seated it was painful. An hour for eggs and pancakes is a lot. The food was without seasoning and not worth the wait.

Carol is hands down the best waitress we ever did have. Above and beyond. Best breakfast in town!!! Gravy both ways with and without meat. Delicious. Friendly staff

Went on a Saturday morning and was immediately sat. They were busy but the waitress was very attentive. We got our food within a good amount of time and it was phenomenal!! Will definitely be back our next visit!!

Our server was really sweet and the food was pretty good. But it took 55 minutes from the time I ordered until I received my food. That’s not even including the wait to get a table. And they were acting as if an hour wait for my food was totally normal, and I strongly disagree. A hour to cook scrambled eggs is crazy!! Also my food was cold by the time it arrived. This is a good place to go if you have nowhere to be the rest of the day and you aren’t hungry yet when you arrive. It’ll be about 2 hrs from the time you arrive, wait for your table, order, and eat. Wayyyyy too slow, sorry.
