Hope was great as our server. Asked for recommendations & was not disappointed. The food was very good. Oysters were good, very fresh. We will definitely be back. It’s not very fancy but neither are we. We love the laid back atmosphere. We’ve eaten at some of the other restaurants down town, paid for the atmosphere & the food was high priced & not as good.
Wife and I were seated in a fairly quick time, waitress was sweet and kind placed our order it came fast . I ordered opitay I know not spelled right but what I got was a bowl of salt …… this is the next morning and my tongue is still none the wife she ordered beans and rice what she got was a bowl of beans and a tablespoon of beans plopped on top . Our waitress did bring an extra bowl of rice to add after the fact

We came in on our last night in Hotsprings. The service was awesome. The food was awesome. The beer was cold. My kind of place. The gumbo was amazing. I should have got some to take home with me.
