We came in on our last night in Hotsprings. The service was awesome. The food was awesome. The beer was cold. My kind of place. The gumbo was amazing. I should have got some to take home with me.

We walked in and there was a lady at the hostess stand, she was looking down at her phone and walks off, never greets us or says anything. She was the only one working so we were being patient. She was bringing other guests food out and we were completely ignored for about 10 minutes. After serving food & still ignoring us she proceeds to DOUBLE CHECK on other seated guests. BUT STILL IGNORED US WAITING TO BE SEATED. Iām okay with waiting but being ignored is bad for business, a simple āIāll be right with youā wouldāve been perfect. Instead we received a hateful glare as she ignored us. Weāve eaten there before about 2 years ago & couldnāt wait to go back but she made the whole experience sour.

Fat Jacks is our must stop place every time we are in Hot Springs! The food is always great, especially the oysters and peel and eat shrimp(their spicy cocktail sauce is the BEST!) One of the few bars that have Skull Crusher beer as well! The bar staff is always attentive and keeps your drinks full! Itās an easy walk from where we normally stay!

Crazy Dave is who brought me in, but the service, show, and atmosphere is what keeps me coming! His karaoke show is such a blast and we went so the Hot Springs Wiseguys Pro Football team could sangggg and boy did they! Crazy Dave kept the party hopping and Bridgette and Brianna were our servers. Cannot say enough about those sweet souls! They have a lifelong customer out of me as long as those three are there! Donāt miss out, head to Daveās show on Fridays and Sats, I believe!!
