Best diner I've ever been to. These Grannies really know how to cook. Eggs were perfect, hash browns perfect balance of crispy and soft, fluffy biscuit, the fried okra had a perfect crunch and wasn't soggy with grease, the mac-n-cheese was so rich and cheesey. Sweet and wholesome atmosphere.
Skip the overrated pancake places and come down here to Granny's when you're downtown! Very reasonably priced breakfast with amazing biscuits! If we'd had the time we would have come more than once!
First of all, Rebecca was really a sweetie from beginning to end, absolutely great service!! Such a nice time visiting w her. I was a lil worried when we walked in as only 1 table in there but boy did the place fill up fast! Food was delicious from the cheesy hash browns w ham to the biscuits w sausage gravy.
