This is a absolute gem of a restaurant! The decor isn't fancy but what it lacks in eye candy or makes up for in food. This is a Ramen house through and through! If you love traditional Asian ramen you have to eat hear. Best I've had in a very long while. The appetizers are so good to. A lot to choose from and eat. Must try this place!

The food was great and plentiful. We waited a long time because our server would not come to our tavle and kept going to others. I wont be too hard on her, though, because hse looked to be the only one working the restaurant. They need more a more active wait staff. Great food. A little pricy, though. Make sure you save some for the next day to make it worth it.

Final update: Was promised a refund for my food and it was not done. Take your chances on delivery thru their website. Would recommend going thru a professional delivery service like Uber Eats or something because the food was great.

Follow up: Ramen is absolutely worth the price, got a call back with resolution and help. I appreciate the customer service from both delivery service and from this establishment.

Initial rating: I ordered on line directly from their website. Apparently they use a 3rd party service for that. A hour after the text confirming food was on the way I called the number listed from my receipt.
“I don’t see your confirmation number in our system and I don’t see any order of the items you say you ordered so I can’t help you, call the customer service number for our third party”. Very apologetic young lady. She tried but I understand what 3rd party can be like.

Delicious! Portion size was huge! Everything came out hot, fresh and the woman helping us was so sweet. We were passing through and will definitely stop here anytime we are in the area! ❤️

The ramen here is fantastic. I always have to take a portion home, so for the flavor and the amount you get, it’s worth it 😃 expect $13-$15 a bowl. Everything is very clean, the staff is always so sweet. I’d recommend here if you love authentic ramen.

My family and I are visiting Hot Springs for the first time and this place has got to have THE best ramen I’ve ever had. They had a lot of different options and the staff were so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend!
