The staff is always very friendly, I have not had the food in a long time but this review is due to me picking up several delivery orders for my job. There is always a very long wait, all of the customers seem fairly agitated due to the wait time, they often get the order wrong, but they catch it and then have to fix it which causes a longer wait. Everyone back there seems to be very very busy working, I don't know if they need more staff or more training.

It was a good experience all in all people are friendly and inviting and the food was good it has been a while since I've eaten at KFC and I'm glad I stopped one of the gals even brought me out some hand wipes after I finished eating which was a nice gesture. I did notice that the wall was cracking and the ceiling was leaking looks like there's a roof leak.

They were extremely busy, they had in no time run out of chicken. The manager and crew immediately put more in all fryers.
I could have backed out and left, but my mouth was all set for their coleslaw and mashed potatoes gravy and biscuits...so i stayed.
I got my order and it was worth the wait.
A shout out to the manager and employees of that franchise!

I ordered and paid and then sat in front of the store for 36 minutes waiting for my food to be brought out to me. No apology, no explanation.

Went through the drive-thru. They gave me two warm drinks, so I had to go inside and remake them. I waited 20 minutes outside as they said I should, went in, and they didn't have my order. They argued with me about it trying to say I didn't order. I ended up getting a full refund. Crew needs retraining bad. It was dead no one was here. Crew was on there phones when I entered. Ps it was just two famous bowls. I should have not been patient that was my fault.

I paid $51 dollars only to receive half of the order. The person who answered and said he was the manager was Rickey and he had an attitude and gave the actual manager Tasha the phone. He told Tasha that she needed to get the phone before he snapped. He then walked away cursing. When Tasha got the phone, all she did was talk over me and not even allow me to explain what happened. If Rickey and Tasha are at this store when you arrive, Run!!!!! They are extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would have.

Some pieces in my 8 piece bucket of chicken was raw I ate half a thigh before I realized the middle was still bleeding the legs were cooked thank goodness cause we gave those to our kids but the thighs were raw in the middle

The person who was taking our order did not respond on the speaker. We waited there for a little while, until we decided to go to the window to order. While we were at the window, we asked if she could take our order, and she refused. We asked to speak with the manager, and she said that it was her.

My husband and I went to this KFC tonight. We both ordered the ten dollar box, we told the lady our order and she repeated it back to us. Fast forward we get our food and make it home after waiting about four-five minutes for our food. Our orders were completely wrong. I called the manager within fifteen minutes of having our explaining that our order was wrong. She continuously kept trying to talk over me while I was explaining. The young lady who made our order is the one who answered the phone was at first. Her supervisor and I were super unprofessional and extremely rude.
