I decided to try kfc Hot Springs AR tonight hoping it will better than other kfc I've been to. I'm not surprised at poor quality of food. I ordered a Famous Bowl. The chicken was burnt rock hard, the food was cold, and there was hair in it. Another kfc failure as expected. It was a complete waste of money and time. Never eating kfc again, Popeyes is just down the street.

Hubby and I drove thru earlier for an 8 piece, chicken only. Service was fast and friendly and the chicken was delicious.

I know it’s fast food, but I still expected better than this.
I placed an online order at 6:55 PM and what followed was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had.
• When I arrived at the drive-thru, I was told my order wasn’t ready and to wait 10 minutes. I waited 13, went back, and was told again it wasn’t ready.
• The employee admitted he gave all the chicken to other customers—even those who ordered after me. Cars behind me were served while I sat waiting.
• I was told if I switched my order to crispy instead of original, I could get food in 5 minutes. Otherwise, it would be another long wait. I agreed, only to be told to circle back again because he didn’t want to “bring his window time down.”
• After nearly half an hour, another employee finally brought my food out.
When I got home, the order was still wrong:
• The breading wasn’t what I originally ordered. This was expected per the negotiation I had to make to get the food I paid for.
• The coleslaw I paid for was missing.
• The 8-piece bucket had no white meat at all—just 4 thighs and 4 legs. An 8-piece bucket is supposed to have 2 of each piece. My family orders this bucket so everyone can get what they like, but half of us were left disappointed.
This was unacceptable from start to finish. I wasted time, got the wrong food, and wasn’t even given what I paid for.
KFC needs to do better.

Staff was rude and very clear they hated their job and their lives at that. Snapped at me for asking for sauce that they tried to accuse me of lying about not being in my bag, WHICH IT WASNT, and then made me pay extra to get one thing when I ordered popcorn chicken that was already supposed to come with a sauce.

Food was stolen from a door dasher then drove to KFC to get crappy service with an attitude.
Round 2 the food was quick. The workers was great.

I haven't been to kfc for a while cause of the service. But this server Ricky is the best I've seen in a very long time! He is definitely an asset to this company and I will definitely be back!
I’m 8 months pregnant, got a sudden craving for hot honey chicken… I’ve been in and out of the bathroom with the worst stomach pains and nausea for a bit now. My partner has as well. Our daughter is fine, as she’s a picky eater and didn’t eat any chicken. I will probably never eat KFC again tbh.
The food is not bad its just every time I come I literally have to wait for 20 minutes or more. LITERALLY EVERY TIME!!!!!!! ITS ANNOYING. And I order online!!!

there customer service is hit or miss but it's better than iot used tobe , but today the food was old and inedible, they told us it was ok to serve literally refrigerator cold food,. and now they of course, are not answering the phoone. this place literally needs to be closed .

My husband and I stopped at the Hot Springs central Ave store on 9-2-25 we waited for our order for over 30 minutes. So I went in to find they were really short handed which I understand. We finally got our order and went home. I just wanted to tell those 3 workers that our food was the best meal that we've ever had from any KFC ever. GREAT JOB y'all should get a raise because I'm a retired chef and I'm a very tough critic . Thanks again. Vicki Everett

Went to try the chicken wing that are back and that are absolutely disgusting. They were not cooked all the way. I took them back to get a refund and spoke to the manager Tasha, she was completely rude and out of line, and disrespectful. They need a new manager at this place. It’s unacceptable.
