There was a fried fly in my food and it was my first time trying the establishment. Don’t think I’ll give it another try. TBH 😔

Chicken and waffles were made with old ingredients. Thin, microwaved syrup. The chicken was tough. Waffles even tougher. Burning it did not hide it any better. Swing and a miss. Take off menu if not prepared to make it.

The food is the best I have ate here so far. I have been looking for some home style cooking. I finally found it!!!

The nicest service and home cooked meal in the area. Wish they were closer to town, but it was worth the walk. Everything was cooked perfectly, tender, and had a lot of flavor. Thanks!

Well I came there at around 5pm and the place said open but no one was there. I called the number and was told I will be there in a minute, they arrived 10 minutes later. My food order was written down and I still waited almost 45 mins for my food. The catfish did not have cornmeal coating and it was flour and tasted like pancake batter and my husband is a diabetic and it was too sweet for him. The menu didn’t state it had sugar in it and the other food was nasty. I came to this place because of the reviews and it was a awful experience, I waited over 1 1/2 total for my food and I was asked repeatedly what did I have and they wrote it down in the beginning. I will not come back nor will my family.

Anything other than 5 stars is wrong! Ok, I jest, but this is delicious. We had 3 different items and all were fantastic. The chicken tenders were actually VERY tender, the burger was cooked spot on, with the bacon being the star. I had the spaghetti-it has a Smokey twist that I loved.

A food truck where the owner cares about the quality? Yes. A food truck with excellent food and variety? Yes. He takes time to cook it fresh, so do give a bit of time-it’s not fast food. His max time is about 15min.

The vibe around the trucks is fun. There are lawn games and ping pong to keep the family busy. Check out this area, and visit Mama Vee’s…it’s a good time for all!

Absolutely delicious. I had a catfish combo - breading was not the cornmeal type, but soft and flaky and just right. The side dishes were so good they were almost the star of the show - I had red beans & rice, black eyed peas, and mac & cheese. All were excellent!

The Alfredo special truly stood out. In fact, every item I've ordered has met my high expectations. The service was both professional and warm, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The value for money was also noteworthy due to the generous portions.

Got our New Years black eyed peas. Portions were hot, generous and absolutely delicious. Owner was an absolute delight. He even gave me a sample of his catfish. We will definitely be back and share this gem with others. Owner is also culinary trained and knows his southern dishes.

We didn't like the food. I can't believe the reviews. The greens are salty, cinnamon in cornbread, the chicken fried steak is battered fried meatloaf. It was sooo bad. We all have different taste buds and opinions of good soul food. I PASS!
