Left an OK review 5 years ago, but after finding dried brown crud attached to a tiny bit of avocado on a sandwich tonight - I have to say..... stay away - not worth the risk of food poisoning which I'm afraid I may be experiencing. No reasonable sighted person would put that dried up, nasty garbage avocado on a person's sandwich. Not happy with the food, training or oversight at this location at all.

Pitiful experience with this place. I put in an order for myself and three kids, and order went through and appeared to be in progress. 15 mins after the order should have been delivered got a call from the driver that none of the kids food was in stock. A full hour after I placed the order. No attempt to notify me at the time the order showed up in the queue that it wasn't available. Then had to start from scratch with a new order at a new place to feed three kids now starving at this point. Maybe the food is good. I will never know because the service sucks. Buyer beware. Now let's see if I ever get the $50 bucks back.

I know you're coming here after you've already had a bad experience, and I wish I could have let you know ahead of time. Food quality was horrible, sat in "curbside pickup" forever waiting and no one came. Finally went in for them to rudely state they were out of stock of some of the things I ordered. The food I did receive was made improperly without items on the sandwiches at all. If you're going to spend $40 on lunch there is certainly a better place for you to go than this absolute dump of an establishment.

Worst experience here twice in a row! I did an App Order for Curbside pickup. I called to state I was there to pickup my order. 10 mins passed and still no order so I called back and then a lady came to my car to state my order had been picked up already. I told her that my order was not given to me and was gave to someone else (2nd time this has happened to me). She said she was going to go talk to her supervisor and would be back. 5 mins passed and no one came. At this point, my kids are screaming and Im frustrated since I have now been here for nearly 20 mins and no food. I am sick and was trying to be a good samaritian by not having to go in. Now I am mad, I go inside and ask for a refund. They refund me with no question. My reciept says +0.79 as my refund. I told her this makes no sense. She explained it was a nonrefundable fee for using the app, which I will never use again cause why I have to pay anything for someone to mess up my order and give it away is beyond me. Bri said I should be refunded in 5 days. I am a very patient person and very considerate. At this point, I am longer a customer at this food chain. Once sure, twice no more! Do better is all I can say for your future customers.

i placed a to-go order on the app and immediately realized i forgot to change the time (i was still at work and couldn't get there for about 45 minutes). I called the store within a minute and told the lady i had just placed the order and could they change the pick up time since my food would be sitting there for probably 30 minutes till i got there. she told me "no, they are already making it". my order was for a vegie spud.
