Sub-par Olive Garden. There was a hair in my food and the server had an attitude about my choice of food. Not a good experience at all.

I come here all the time with my friend and we usually have the best service, but today we were sat at the cafe area and Braylee H was our server. She checked on us once and all she did was refill our waters and didn’t ask if we needed anything else at all. We were there for an hour and didn’t get a refill or breadsticks, salad, soup, and my soup had 0 gnocchi. It was all chicken. I usually tip well, but today I couldn’t bring myself to. She didn’t even bring us our food, I think the manager did.

Great food at great prices especially with the lunch menu.

Addendum—It has been 3 years since my original review above ☝️. In that time the menu is similar except for a small increase in prices. The food remains excellent!! The lunch menu is very reasonably priced. The service is outstanding and the consistent offerings of a full salad and breadsticks with every meal makes this experience so worthwhile. My wife and I think this Hot Springs Olive Garden is one of the best in this national chain. I highly recommend you find out for yourself the great value this restaurant has to offer.

I would love to compliment my waitress Kin tonight, she was sooo good at her job but she was so sweet!!! The food is always amazing, but Kin has become one of my favorite waitresses in hot springs. Thank you Kin so much!

Stopped by last night and the visit was perfect! Waitress was the best you could ask for. Hostess was friendly and welcoming. Best Olive Garden visit I can think of. Thank you for the great night, the wife and I had a relaxing dinner.
