On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina - Hot Springs

I love eating at ‘ on the border ‘ until today. The nachos I ordered were the worst ones I have ever had. I should have sent them back because I couldn’t even eat them. The service was terrible. Brought cheese dip and we ordered white and we got yellow. We ask for chips and they arrived about 10 minutes later. Cold cheese dip. I never have written bad reviews on a restaurant but this was unacceptable.

White Queso was so good, Morgan was a great waitress best customer service and was quick to help out very nice would come again just for her i recommend the chicken quesadillas fr visited from tx to here

We came here after hiking, and we were exhausted, tired. Morgan had amazing customer service, and she made the overall experience an amazing time!

I've been to several OTB restaurants. This one is just not the same. There needs to be better management. There should be a hostess. A happy greeting face and someone to welcome people.
Our server seemed to have her mind somewhere else.
It seems to be a little bit chaotic.
I hope they get better. I love the OTB in Texarkana. Their bar is always hoping. And the place is always packed.

Door dasher here. More than once, I've come into this place with an order, and was straight up ignored by the staff. Tonight I stood there so long not being acknowledged that I had to go chase one of the staff down and tell them I had an order. She said "yea they're working on it", then went back to ignoring me. I guess door dashers plain don't matter to them.

On Sunday, November 24th, at 6:00. We were seated at a table right away. Sat there for 15 minutes with a menu. Two different waitresses passed our table several times and never said a word. After 15 minutes of no one coming to take our order. We got up and left the restaurant. We will not be back.
