Your typical chain Tex-Mex restaurant. The upside? You know what you're going to get. The downside? It's the same no matter where you are. But that's the deal, right? This chain offers fresh made flour tortillas and some variety in combinations. Plenty of parking spots and seating. Our waitress was polite and available.

Price is the killer for me. Food is good, but I have eaten just as good food for less.

Nothing bad to say about this place. Food is good, reasonably quiet, cold drinks. I like it

The food is still good. Its just not as nice as the west little rock location. From decor to cleanliness the WLR location definitely beats them out. Our server was lovely and our food was yummy.

food is absolutely disgusting. beans don’t even taste like they’re seasoned and same as the rice. managers suck and act like they’re “know it alls” also i seen a couple roaches on the floor. this restaurant is literal filth in a box.

I recently visited On The Border in Hot Springs and had a great Tex-Mex experience. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, with plenty of seating options and a cozy vibe inside. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our table had everything we needed.
The food was flavorful and satisfying — the chips and salsa were fresh, the queso enchiladas were cheesy and delicious, and the fajitas came out sizzling with plenty of toppings. Drinks were good, especially the margaritas, though they could be a bit stronger.
Service was generally smooth, though the wait time for entrées was a little longer than expected. Still, the team made up for it with their positive attitude and helpfulness.
Overall, On The Border is a solid choice for Tex-Mex in Hot Springs. It’s a fun spot for casual dining, whether you’re grabbing fajitas with friends or enjoying a family night out.
⭐ – Great food and atmosphere, with room for improvement on speed and consistency.

The food was not up to the standard of what it used to be. The enchiladas were tough , not much beef in them and the cheese enchiladas didn't have much cheese . We were told that they were bought out but that's no excuse . There's plenty of other places to eat
