Showed up around 4 PM for an early dinner. The waiter was attentive and very polite. Wife ordered the pork chops we had had before, and I ordered the chicken fried chicken (first time). We both ordered and enjoyed a dinner salad ahead of the main course. It, too, was good along with the blooming onion. When the meat arrived, the cook was apparently angry with both the pork and chicken because he literally murdered both. The chops were cooked so long that they became jerky like. My chicken didn't fare any better, and the battery was burnt so badly as to render it a deep brown color. I wanted to complain, but my wife insisted that we try to eat what we could, which was not much. We ended up with baked potatoes and bread for the main course. The couple seated behind did complain about the quality of their food.

Blooming onion over salted and burned. Chicks the same way. Steak cooked to death. Steak was mostly gristle. Wait staff was doing their best but the cook is not skilled or not happy about working. Management is weak and uninformed.

I frequent outback in Conway where the service is always AMAZING… Jordan is the best most attentive derver, honestly I haven’t had a bad experience in Conway. I come here twice now, and both times the service was horrendous. Spent more time than not without a drink. My server was also the bar tender she was inundated with bar drinks & there was no manager visible my entire visit 5:30pm on a Sunday. My steak was undercooked, but the soup was great. My server was so busy she failed to attach my dine rewards number which I gave her at the beginning of my order. Is that a big deal? not normally, but waiting forever & watching your server too tied up making drinks to take care of you is a big deal. With longhorn on the next exit you would think the management would attempt to run this place just a tad bit better. Very mismanaged, always understaffed.

Great dining experience. Jacob went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was exceptional.

Food is good but service is awful. We waited 30 minutes to get seated, but it was a busy weekend so fair. Once we were seated we had no silverware or plates for 20 minutes. We had bread to look at but not eat. It then took two hours to get our food. Safe to say I will not be going back.

The kitchen waited 20 min to tell the server that the food my husband ordered wasn't available. Then when he got his second order it was cooked incorrectly. The manager was really nice about it though and compted my husband's dinner. The waiter was extremely nice and took good care of us. The atmosphere was nice and quiet since it was sorta late Sunday night. The only problem was the music turned up too loud.Kid-friendliness: The waiter was extremely nice to my son also. Treated him like an adult and let him order his own meal.

The day before I went to Texas Roadhouse, and had an amazing meal, i decided to try outback next day, I payed around $70 for the meal at TRH and it was amazing I payed $95 at outback and it was horrible, the stake over season no cook well.the i my thing that save the day, was the good sever, he has good customer service. But I will never go back to outback, instead we went to Texas Roadhouse again the next day, payed around $60 and the steak was amazing as well as the service.Save your money and go there instead of this place

The restaurant is extremely dirty as soon as you walk through the door. There is a seating area with a few chairs and tables when you first walk in. Absolutely filthy. We noticed this as we were leaving. The kitchen must be just as dirty. How is this place still open? The service was average. My husband asked for a glass of wine and the waiter Forgot. I had to go to the bar myself to get it. Honestly the lack of cleanliness is more alarming than anything else. We will make sure this is reported to the proper authorities.

I ordered a margarita waiter didn’t ask if I wanted it frozen or on the rocks see him making it n say sorry I wanted it frozen so he blends it but didn’t add more ice so it was just pure liquid with no blended ice. He tried saying it was the mixing juice y’all use but I’ve ate here before n have had a frozen margarita come out right. Food was great n he was a great waiter but he obviously needs more training in making drinks cause I even told him all he had to do was add more ice to get the frozen like n he said no.
