We are very happy Raymon H was our server but our steak and ribs was not to our liking but everyone went above and beyond to take care of us, service like this don't exist anymore.

We had lunch at Hot Springs Outback today for my son in laws birthday. Everyone’s food was cooked perfectly and delicious! The bathrooms were spotless the whole restaurant looked clean as compared to six months ago. They have a new manager and it shows! The hostess and our server Brian worked with me to get a cake I made delivered to our table at the end of our meal. They were so helpful and made it so easy and special.
