Went in on a Saturday and there were no vegan options available.
Decent creamery. The shake machine was broken and that was the whole reason we were looking for a creamery. Otherwise, great place.
This place has amazing icecream. My mom took me here after going to the bathhouse (Quapaw Baths & Spa) with my mom. The best part about this place is the icecream is house made and sits in the basement of the Arlington Resort Hotel. Definitely wood recommend this place if you want a sweat treat!!!!
Wonderful 10/10
The best ice cream, with a great variety of flavors and friendly service. We stopped in with a large party and everyone was so glad we did!
Delicious homemade ice cream & the owner is so kind!! Love this local spot in Hot Springs!!
This ice cream is some of the best I’ve had in the US (maybe the best??). The ambiance is lacking in the basement of the Arlington but I wouldn’t let that bother me. Every time I go back to Hot Springs, I’ll be getting this ice cream.
Real! Truly homemade, artisan ice cream. Not overly sweet and every flavor is a delightful version of that flavor. I need to come back for the peach ice cream. Strawberry is amazing! Sea salt caramel is wonderful. Coffee flavors have actual coffee in them. I wish they were open for breakfast.
Nice, delicious, creamy ice cream! Mamoo’s Gold and the Bourbon Pecan were really good. The gentleman working was super nice as well.
I love Mamoo's ice cream. It's so good. To us, the location makes it extra. Try the Biscoff cookie butter ice cream.

Great ice cream and the girls that helped us were so nice!
I went for the vegan ice cream bc I'm allergic to milk. They had three flavors: sour watermelon, coconut and coconut dreamsicle. I was disappointed in the gluey texture of the coconut. I had been hoping for chocolate. I did not try the regular ice cream so no opinion there.
We came on a Monday night a full half hour before their posted closing time, to get a tasty treat to end our day. We were excited to check this place out given plentiful high marks in the reviews.
But our experience was anything but stellar.
It was clear the employee working had no interest in serving us and simply wanted to focus on closing the store. She acted put out when my daughter and wife each asked for one sample before deciding on their ice creams. She reminded us that they were closing soon, even though we were still at that point a full 25 mins away from the posted closing time.
I tried to engage her in light pleasantries as I perused the options before placing my order, but she pretty much ignored me. I therefore just picked what I thought would be a safe flavor rather than further putting her out asking for a sample. That was a mistake. I got the 5 cookie cookie dough ice cream (I generally have loved any cookies and cream or cookie dough ice cream I’ve ever tried). I paid way too much for our three ice creams, and we left.
My ice cream was disgusting. It tasted very artificial. I let my wife and daughter try it and they agreed. I wanted to go back and ask for my money back. I should have. But I didn’t feel like dealing with the employee’s bad attitude. So I just threw it away. My wife had gotten a bourbon butter pecan that she thought she liked in sampling but quickly realized hers was also not to her liking and threw out half of hers. Only our daughter enjoyed her ice cream.
Between the poor attitude of the employee rushing us in our selection and the abysmal flavor of the ice cream two of the three of us tried, I can’t agree with the enthusiastic positive ratings I have seen here.
Bottom notch. A wonderful way to sour an otherwise pleasant evening.
A nightmare. A horror film. The flavors and consistency were superb. Tops. So good. BUT. You MUST eat an absurd amount. They will not serve you less than an absurd amount. You say to them “I will pay the same amount but give me less.”. They say “no. You must eat it all.” You say “please, no. Just a slightly more than normal amount of ice cream.” They say “heck nah. You will eat a gigantic, obscene amount. Or you will leave.” I the problem is that they serve you so much the cones they gave don’t hold it. They break. They crumble. The cups are too small. You can’t expect to eat the amount they demand of you. Right now, you are probably thinking, this guy is being facetious. He is taking an absurdist approach to leaving a good review. But I picked 2 stars for a reason. Their servings are too large. But their employee’s absolute, undying commitment to depleting their ice cream inventory is terrifying. run. Hide. Do not approach.
Great service and unique flavors
