We were in town this weekend for a little getaway and while waiting on our pizza from Maxine’s decided to pop down for some ice cream. It was so worth it! To get to Mamoo’s, you can go into the lobby of The Arlington and go downstairs or, like we did, go through the side door of the hotel on one of the side streets.The sweet girl that served us was awesome! The man that greeted us was equally nice. When my 18-month-old daughter started immediately trying our cones, (Monster Cookie for me, Red Velvet for my husband) the young girl made her up the cutest, tiniest little cone just for her! It made our night. We will definitely be back here when we’re next in town.

This is the real deal. High quality freshly made ice cream. They have the delicious traditional flavors you love, and surprisingly tasty unique ones too! Creamery it is! It is not a souvenir t-shirt gift shop that also sells ice cream. This small shop is in the lower level of the Arlington Hotel. Find it - you'll be glad you did!!

May be a bit hard to find, but SO worth it. Go to the lower level of the Arlington Hotel and you will not be let down. The owner states all ice cream is homemade- I need the recipe! Homemade waffle cones and the ice cream might well be the best I've ever eaten. It is so good we went more than once during our 3 day weekend in Hot Springs.
