They send me little donut gifts with my coffee orders and food orders friendly nice clean Wonderful coffee great biscuits and gravy colochies I really enjoy there products

Ordered a Bavarian cream filled donut to go , when I ate half way through and got to the filling it was raspberry , I do not like raspberry. I called to tell them the mistake they had made assuming they would be able to give me the correct donut at a later time as I could not go back this morning. The woman on the phone said I had to bring the raspberry donut back to her in order for her to replace it with the correct donut. I had already thrown it out and was not going to save a half eaten donut to take back to her so she could see for herself. When I told her it was gone she said that she had to have it back in order to replace with the correct donut. She then hung up on me.

Good food, well displayed, clean environment.

However, they seem challenged by English that extends beyond their menu, including the word "no".

I attempted to pay for my order with my card, which doesn't have a tap feature (intentionally). She kept insisting that I use the tap, and wouldn't take no for an answer, and then grabbed the card from me to do it anyway. When I took it back from her, she snatched my order off the counter, and began speaking another language.

Bring cash, and a translator if you go here. They've lost this customer.

Edit for the response: She may not communicate well in English, but her face was not "scared', it was angry, My face was likely displaying annoyance (sorry I'm so scary) because she insisted after several "No's". She snatched the food away, which is why I decided to leave. Additionally, she did grab my card, and my retrieval of it, as she tried to tap it anyway, is what prompted her angry face, and swift removal of the food I was attempting to purchase.

Plenty of parking.
Came in on a Monday at 10am, no lines and plenty of options to select from.
They microwave their breakfast sandwiches for you when you order, so at least the food is hot.
I didn’t get to try any donuts, but the hot food is good!
$12 for a sausage egg and cheese croissant, one spinach butter and one kolache
Restrooms were gross though.

Donuts are good. Service isn't great; they don't listen well & seem like they're just going through the motions. Place is run down inside, not somewhere you'd want to sit to eat unless you have to.

Amazing donuts, cronuts and breakfast sandwiches! YOU MUST TRY A CRONUT!

This is a hidden gem down here on park ave. If you haven't checked it out I suggest you do. This is definitely a revisit restaurant.

Absolutely delicious! We stopped in to get donuts to celebrate a birthday. We tried the standard glazed, chocolate covered with sprinkles, jelly- filled, and chocolate filled donuts. We also tried a jalapeño sausage kolache. Everything was wonderful. Definitely need to come back again.
