Yummy banh mi and spring rolls although the whole menu looked great! Nicely kept and clean with a good choice of playlist. Waitresses very sweet. 😊

My husband and I really enjoyed eating here! The service was impeccable and the food was delicious!! We had so much fun talking to our server and his recommendations on the menu were excellent and well appreciated. Definitely come eat here if you are near Hot Springs 🔥

Enjoyed both dining in and take out. Excellent fresh and flavorful Vietnamese Lemonade, Angel Hair, Pho Soup, Crispy Egg Rolls. Loved my Mule! Indoor and outdoor terraced spaces inviting and comfortable. Server Lily provided beyond best care for me and my senior pup - we will be back when next in town! TYSM

came in on a saturday afternoon and it wasnt too busy. got the pho and it was decent, warm brogh and enough noodles. the spring rolls were fine but the peanut sauce was a little watery for my liking. its okay if youre craving pho and dont want to drive anywhere else.

I had the special Salmon Bahn Mi with tarro fries which was delicious. My child had the vegetarian Phở and the broth was also delicious. My wife had the Bird's Nest which she enjoyed. The atmosphere is okay. The service was great.

We called ahead to check wait times because we were a larger party and was told it was the perfect time to come because there was no wait time. No wait for seating. We ordered drinks and they tasted pretty good, I had the empress pom pom and it was very good. We waited for appetizers for an hour, and they came out cold. Our waitress did not check on us a single time during the wait, the bartender helped us several times to get drink refills or get another few orders for our diabetic friend having a blood sugar episode. After the lack of service, disappointment in food quality, and long wait times for no visible reason (it wasn't very busy, many tables were open) we decided to get the check and find somewhere else to eat.

The pho house’s main dish pho comes uncooked.
We are Viets coming from Houston and I really wanted just decent pho but the noodles came undercooked and the broth isn’t hot the meat was okay and the drinks and service was great.
The condiments were very lack luster but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt as there probably isn’t any viet grocery stores for miles however they only gave a few leaves and the bean sprouts were old and when I say a few leaves I’m saying 3 leaves man that’s like borderline a hate crime u can’t give a stalk of basil?

I came here for takeout after spending a day at the national park and got the chicken fried rice, which was a good-sized portion but way too salty for what I'm used to for Vietnamese food. I'd still probably come here again to try something else if I'm ever back in town since the interior seemed really nice.

We got the large bowls of pho and mine was just more broth for an additional $3.50. The local sake is much to be desired and our server said she would wrap our bottle to take home and we had to find her because we no longer existed after we paid the check. It's not like she was busy with only four tables occupied in the whole restaurant. There was live music and it was too loud, and frankly not great.

If you're passing through Hot Springs, check this place out. It's an castle-like old house that's been turned into a Vietnamese restaurant with great indoor and outdoor areas. They're also very dog friendly - we loved the view of the pond from the the deck. The lemongrass chicken bowl is light, fresh, and perfectly balanced. The staff are top notch. Next time I pass through, I'll make a point to stop here again
